— Work with sales funnels (currently, we have 3: cold, warm, and partnerships).
— Come up with new sales hypotheses and perform A/B testing.
— Conduct sales analytics and make conclusions regarding each instrument’s effectiveness.
— Come up with further plans to improve the conversion of the funnels.
— Create and analyze reports in Zoho Analytics and manage Zoho CRM.
— Develop new sales channels based on regular market research.
— Experience with a focus on data analytics. Ideally, experience working with sales conversion funnels, reports, and sales data analytics.
— Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with data analytics, data visualization, and presentation tools. Experience with any CRM system is a must.
— Understanding of sales process and ability to translate business needs into sales enablement programs. Aptitude for framing business questions in analytic terms and translating business requirements into useful datasets and analyses with actionable insights.
— Understanding of sales metrics and ability to tie programs to KPIs and metrics set for sales growth.
— Passion for sales and channel success and readiness to participate on a team responsible for increasing sales productivity and improving efficiencies of the sales through planned sales enablement activities.
— Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; highly professional and diplomatic approach.
— Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English, ability to work, read, analyze, and write case studies & outreach templates in English.
— Highly structured and data-driven mindset.
— Ability to work with new hires, engage, explain tasks, mentor, and help ramp up sales productivity quickly.
— Desire to develop in Sales.

What we offer:
— Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, Monday-Friday).
— Partially flexible working hours. We are all located in different time zones, however, we make sure that we all overlap every day between 13:00 and 18:00 Warsaw time. Also, our founder lives in the USA and we’re adjusting the time of the team calls to the California time zone, which usually means having calls at around 19:00-21:00 Warsaw time.
