Miratech is hiring a Recruiting Manager. This is not a regular recruiting position, but a key strategic role, essential to bringing our hiring processes to the next level.
Developing and implementing successful recruitment, selection, and assessment strategies Setting up communication strategies with hiring managers to build an effective assessment of candidates by understanding the skills and the background required Working alongside top managers, regularly updating them about the status of recruitment processes Building and managing a team of recruiters and researchers in nontechnical domains with a geographically distributed approach Advising on market trends and skills Creating, reviewing, and updating recruitment processes to ensure the best practices are followed Screening resumes and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers for C-level roles Following up on the interview process status Working with ATS and management documentation
5+ years of experience in recruiting, including worldwide hiring 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Manager/Team Supervisor Work experience with C-level non-technical roles Fluent in English Client-oriented approach with the ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders Proven record of delivering results and meeting deadlines Experience in building KPI strategy for the recruiting team Strong business acumen and a high degree of work ethic Experience in building candidates' evaluation strategies for non-technical roles with different seniority levels Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong time management and organizational skills Being detail-oriented Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in a geographically distributed team
