Задачи

What will you do?

You'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads. That means you'll be responsible for:

Communicating with clients via email and WhatsApp - you'll be responsible for managing potential clients of the company to understand them better, qualify them and book calls with them.

You'll work in the HubSpot CRM system and you'll have to follow some KPIs - for example, client response time, number of booked calls, etc.

Communicating with clients via phone - you'll qualify the leads on the phone by asking them basic scoping questions to understand their needs, and whether they're a good fit for the company.

Do a lot of follow-ups - you'll literally chase the leads, call them back, ask basic scoping questions to eliminate unqualified leads, etc.

Requirements:

Excellent English skills - you'll be working in English, so we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and for sure we don't want to see or hear any mistakes.

Very strong written & spoken communication skills - you will be the first point of contact for many clients of the company, and need to make sure that your communication is at a very high level.

You have at least some knowledge of sales process & terminology (for example, inbound/outbound leads, qualifying, conversion, funnels, etc.), business processes, roles, and organizational structure.

You sound very confident and polite on the phone - you’ll be the first point of contact for the clients and the team is looking for a person who sounds professional. So, you're a very communicative, super polite, clear, and easy-to-talk-to person.

You're a process-driven person who's not afraid of monotonous work - all you need is to follow the instructions.

You're a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.

Excellent attention to detail - you should be the person who cares about every small detail and the one who checks for the mistakes of others.

Ability & desire to learn - you should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Self-reliance and proactivity - you are a person who can work under little or no supervision, always make sure to complete your tasks, and meet deadlines. You never hesitate to suggest new ideas.

Organizing skills - you have to be able to track your own tasks, what you need to do & where you’re stuck on, so you need to be a well-organized person.

What we offer:

Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students who are able to work during the needed hours or recent graduates. Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to the needed working hours.

You will have the opportunity to grow within the company based on your performance.
