What will you do?
- Conduct research on target prospects and identify key decision-makers via different channels - you will need to look for companies that produce buckets and schedule appointments with the representatives. These are demo presentations, after which, if it becomes interesting, an appointment is made with an account executive.
- Make outbound cold calls using the Close CRM to engage with prospects and qualify leads. Usually, the funnel looks like this: you make 100-120 outbound calls -> you get 40 “good calls, conversations” -> you book 10 meetings a week. You’ll be provided with the calling software, no need to use your phone.
- Develop and execute email campaigns and digital messaging to generate interest in their products and services.
- Book meetings for the Account Executives with qualified prospects.
- Work independently at a high call/activity rate daily.
- Fluent and excellent English.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing, and ability to learn the needed vocabulary quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to concisely and quickly articulate a value proposition, which is "With ABAGY software, you can use welding robots even for custom projects".
- Ongoing/complete Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field OR an interest in that field so that you could understand the product quickly.
- 0.5-2 years of experience in a similar SDR role.
- Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations.
