Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy, propelling revenue growth and market expansion while unwavering upholding ethical standards and compliance.
  • Lead and inspire the sales team to not only meet but exceed sales targets. Foster a client-centric ethos, ensuring an unparalleled client experience.
  • Direct marketing initiatives, encompassing digital marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns, enhancing our online and offline presence.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic alliances and partnerships with fertility clinics, legal experts, medical practitioners, and stakeholders in the surrogacy realm.
  • Strategically formulate client proposals, tailored to individual client needs and aligned with prevailing market trends.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes, utilizing insights to steer our business strategies.
  • Ensure unwavering adherence to all pertinent legal and regulatory requirements, both at the national and international levels.
  • Collaborate with the finance team in managing client contracts, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly providing comprehensive reports to the executive team. Leverage data-driven insights to fine-tune our strategies.



1) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is considered a significant advantage. 2) Demonstrated leadership experience within the fertility or assisted reproductive technology (ART) industry, showcasing a strong track record in commercial or sales roles. 3) A profound comprehension of surrogacy, fertility treatments, and the ethical and legal dimensions of ART. 4) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5) A strategic visionary with a proven history of conceptualizing and executing successful commercial strategies. 6) Familiarity with international surrogacy laws and regulations is a valuable asset. Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required. 7) A commitment to ethics, compassion, and an unwavering dedication to assisting clients in building their families.
