As a Junior Financial Analyst at Highland Realty Capital, your responsibilities would include:

• Prepare detailed underwriting models in Excel for both debt and equity assignments.
• Conduct market research.
• Prepare financing memorandums summarizing the debt or equity opportunity for potential capital sources.
• Communicate with clients and capital sources.

Навыки

• Ongoing/complete Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Real Estate.
• Excellent English skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• You are expected to demonstrate financial statement awareness, such as working with Excel spreadsheets, finance data, software tools, and the ability to build financial models.
• Strong writing skills: they will be crucial for preparing financing request packages that meet the high standards of Highland Realty Capital. The analyst must be able to gather all relevant information and present it in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner that effectively advocates for the client's financing request.
• Strong verbal communication skills: The analyst will have direct contact with both clients and capital sources.
• Up to 2 years of experience with similar financial tasks.
