As part of our sales team, you will play an essential role in our growth, as our success starts with you. You will identify and qualify prospects, known as leads to account managers.

Задачи

As DGE, you will:

  • Build new partnerships within Recruiting direction.
  • Work tightly with the recruiting team, control the hiring process, and close deals.

Key responsibilities: — Source leads using LinkedIn, DOU, Djinni, Facebook and other sources and further contacting. — Cold Email Outreach and follow-ups. — Hold intro-meetings with clients. — Transfer potential clients to the account manager with all the necessary information. — Communication with leads (repeated requests, keeping contact with old customers).

Навыки

Requirements: — Conversational English. — Proven experience of working in client-oriented business (written and oral communication skills is a must). — Knowledge in the IT field would be an advantage. — Relevant experience in the B2B field is a big plus for you. — Proven experience of working in client-oriented business (written and oral communication skills is a must). — Result-oriented approach.

— Being in a safe place. — PC and good Internet connection. — Ability to work from 9:00 to 17:00 Kyiv time (+/- 2 hours).
