Задачи

⁃ Collecting client feedback for further development of the service ⁃ Advise clients on the possibilities of the platform ⁃ Resolve occurring issues ⁃ Create and add your own articles for the knowledge base and implement new customer support features ⁃ Follow up on negative reviews

Навыки

⁃ Have more than 3 months customer support experience ⁃ Understand what a startup is, and be aware of the bugs and errors inevitable occurring on the way ⁃ Share our views on customer service and aim to be swift, polite and helpful ⁃ See the difference between “the client is always right” and efficient customer support ⁃ Be at least a C2 in English as you will have to communicate with the US business community ⁃ Have experience in Intercom and/or similar helpdesk systems

Условия работы

⁃ Salary starting at $1000, depending on the level of a candidate ⁃ Remote job ⁃ A fantastic team of like-minded people keen on efficient customer service ⁃ Holidays and corporate parties + weekly English classes taught by native speakers ⁃ 8-hour 5/2 shifts from 4 PM to 1 AM (9 am - 6 pm Miami time).
